“When I first approached Martin of Martin J. Carr & Associates, Loss Assessing & Insurance Services, I was unsure whether I could still proceed with my claim for the damage that occurred in my house as a result of an escape of water. I was very close to giving up and not proceeding with my claim. As a last ditch attempt, I got in contact with Martin and asked him for his advice and assistance. He was very helpful and if he could not get me on the phone, he would leave a voicemail and/or subsequently back this up with an email too.
I live in Donegal, so all the paperwork had to be done using post, scanning and email but this was not a problem for Martin and very convenient for me.
